our story
Gerard Cunningham is cofounder of Cunningham Doherty Property Group. He has gained his experience, working in the property and construction industry globally managing individual projects in excess of £400m.
Peter Doherty is the cofounder of Cunningham Doherty Property Group. He has over ten years of experience in sales, property acquisition and supply to the construction industry.
Together, we founded the Cunningham Doherty Property Group to enhance our own passion for property and work with Investors all over the UK and Ireland. Our aim is to use our knowledge and expertise and provide a solution that allows likeminded individuals to invest in property and reach their financial goals. Through building a property portfolio or getting a fixed return on investment we can assist you.
